| Need help structuring training for next year? These plans are exclusively for club members, with some being customisable. From Sprint to Ironman, choose your distance and time available.
Choose your distance and then read the guidance included with each plan. The longer the plan, the better prepared you will be for race day. If you need any help with using the plans, speak to Garry Haynes or any club coach. Note: plans are only accessible if you are logged in.

Swim coaching: Main coached swim session - every Tuesday night at Rugby School Sports Centre swimming pool, from 6:45pm. Qualified Tri coaches on poolside. |
The club coaching plan is based around a one - year macrocycle - the plan helps ensure that all coached sessions integrate with each other, and work towards the club championship races listed below.
The plan also helps us structure club seminars and targeted training sessions, to make sure that we put support in where it is needed within the season. To view our annual plan, open the pdf document below: |

Cycle coaching: Cycle sessions are organised on an informal basis, generally Sundays at 8am from Rugby School Sports Centre. During the Winter months there are Watt bike spin sessions at Lutterworth Cycle Centre. |

Run coaching: Run sessions start from the Rugby School Sports Centre at 7pm on Thursdays. A number of other run sessions happen throughout the year - see the club forum of Facebook page for updated sessions. Links: Training Plan |
Club seminars: Seminars and workshops to help you develop and race more effectively - see 'events' section for dates and workshop titles (from February 2013). These seminars are free to club members only, and cover a wide range of essential topics as you head towards the race season. Each session is led by a qualified club coach, and includes both theory and practical elements. All sessions take place in the teaching room at Rugby School swimming pool. |
