Masterman Triumphs at Mallory Park

Beverley Masterman and George Goodwin triumphed at the Zoggs Mallory Park Triathlon event on Bank Holiday Monday producing performances that ensured they won their categories. Bev was first lady home in the Super Sprint section (400m swim,12km cycle, 1.5km run) and George was first male youth in the Sprint category (400m swim, 12km cycle 3.5km run).
Very cold water, about 11°C, didn't stop the Rugby Triathlon Club members taking the plunge in this first open water swim of the season. Results were:
