Coach-led swimming session in Rugby with the focus on Rotation. Some drills to focus on rotation technique with the main session 150 and 200 reps.
Due to capacity restriction, these sessions are for members only and MUST be pre-booked.
This also means it is important that you cancel the booking if you find you will not be able to attend.
Payment for this session is during the booking confirmation process.
If you cancel more than 7 hours before the session starts, you will automatically be refunded.
